The Hydrate collaboration box with Burt’s Bees targets William Sonoma’s tertiary audience by allowing the customer to feel safe with a brand that many in this group know, love and grew up with. This box helps the new, younger audience feel that they can still afford quality at a reasonable price. Also an updated version of the app for AR features that allow you to scan items in real time, and find the exact or similar items in W&S database. The Spring Collection, updated buttons so users can pull them out like kitchen drawers.
